Returns
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds
- Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be changed
- In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip

For experiences, refunds are provided if the celebrity cannot fulfill their commitment
Cancellations
- Product orders can be cancelled for any reason prior to shipment for a full refund
- Unique experiences involving celebrity appearances cannot be cancelled once purchased
Shipping
- Ship to an address within the United States (including U.S. territories)
- Orders will be packed and shipped in approximately 4 weeks, pending verification of billing information
- Back-ordered items will ship separately for no extra charge
- Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8.95 per order
- We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited our warehouse
Legal Disclaimer
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Wear protective gloves for application. Conduct a preliminary patch and strand test 48 hours prior to color application. Do not use to dye eyelashes, eyebrows, mustache or facial hair. Avoid contact with eyes. Color may temporarily stain skin and permanently stain fabrics.
